Body fat and your body type
- Subjects A, B and C are identical in height
- A and B are the same weight
- C is the heaviest
- B and C have a good body fat percentage
- A has a high body fat percentage

It can be difficult to judge your own body fat and you could have a higher level than you think. It is therefore possible to have an acceptable weight and figure yet a high level of internal body fat.
